All the above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% Service Charge plus 7% government tax.

Child under 12 sharing room with existing bed will be accommodated at additional charge unless and extra bed is required.
Surcharge for 24 Dec 09 - 3 Jan 10 at 1,500 Baht / room / night.
Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs, check-out time 12:00 Hrs. Any room used from 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hrs on the departure day will be charged at 50% of room rate. Any room occupied beyond 18:00Hrs. will be charged at full amount of room rate.
Full pre-payment within 30 days before arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charged.
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
No show: 100% of payment will be charged.
